My dear sweet Robert,
How can it possibly be 3 months since you slipped away? Time is kind of different when you are grieving the loss of someone you love. It seems like just the the other day, you were telling me how sure you were that you would get better. You really thought we had years left to share our lives together. How I wish that could have been. There are so many things we talked about doing, but didn't get a chance to. I do cherish remembering all of our little get-a-ways. We had a lot of fun, didn't we? I thank you for those treasured memories.
Also, please watch over and guard your precious Monique. She needs her Papa and you can't be here for her the way you used to. Maybe you can ask Jesus to send her a special angel to protect her. I know that Sylvia would appreciate it.
As always, I will look forward to that special moment we are reunited once again and until then I will cherish all our memories and feel the warmth of your love surrounding me.
